Returns and complaints policy

1. General provisions

1. This Policy specifies the rules for returns and complaints regarding products purchased in the TouchSkin.eu online store, operated by Verano Szwedzicki SKA, ul. Styrska 20, 04-188 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5252894838.

2. The policy applies to the sale of:
—for consumers (B2C),
—for entrepreneurs with consumer rights,
—for entrepreneurs (B2B) and wholesale customers – taking into account the differences described in this policy.

2. Returns (right of withdrawal)

2.1. Consumers and entrepreneurs with consumer rights
—You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

—To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by e-mail at info@touchskin.eu.


—The goods should be sent to the following address:
Verano Szwedzicki SKA, Styrska 20, 04-188 Warsaw, Poland
within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

—The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method that was used for purchase.

2.2. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the event of:

—Disposable products after opening the packaging (e.g. tattoo cartridges), due to hygiene and health safety reasons.

—Products that have been used in a way that prevents them from being put back on sale.

—Goods made to individual order.

2.3. B2B and wholesale customers
—Returns for entrepreneurs and wholesale customers are considered individually after contacting the store staff.

—In case of a positive decision, the return is possible within 14 days of delivery of the goods, provided that the product is intact and in its original packaging.

—The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

3. Complaints

3.1. Basis for complaint
A complaint can be filed in the event of:
—Manufacturing defect of the product.
—Damage to goods during transport.
—Product not functioning properly as described.

3.2. Complaints procedure
Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to info@touchskin.eu, providing:
—order number,
—description of the defect,
—photos documenting the problem.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, please draw up a damage report with the courier upon receipt of the package.

The goods should be sent to the following address:

along with a description of the defect and a copy of the proof of purchase.

We process complaints within 14 days of receiving the product.

After the complaint has been positively considered:
—we will replace the product with a new one,
—or we will refund your money within 14 days.

3.3. Disposable products
Tattoo cartridges are disposable products, sterilely packaged with an expiration date and sterility indicator.

A complaint is possible if:
—the packaging was intact and the sterility indicator indicates no sterilization,
—the product has a manufacturing defect revealed after opening, preventing its use.
—In the event of a justified complaint, we will replace the product or refund the money.

4. Shipping costs

—In the event of a justified complaint, the costs of returning the product are covered by the Store.
—In the event of a return as part of a withdrawal from the contract, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.
